Returning an Item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please provide:

Your order number
The reason for the return

Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Important: Only items purchased directly from watatce.com are eligible for returns through us. Products purchased from authorized retailers or other third-party sellers must be returned directly to the original seller in accordance with their return policies.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in the same condition as when delivered, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items with stains, damaged or folded cards, broken seals, missing components, or damaged packaging may not be accepted.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in acceptable condition or does not meet the requirements outlined above, subject to applicable law.

Non-returnable items include:

Items purchased from third-party retailers or sellers
Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
Returns without valid proof of purchase
Personalized or custom-made products, except where otherwise required by law

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged product, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

Please provide:

Your order number
Proof of purchase
Photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item, if applicable
Complete delivery address
Contact phone number

In some cases, we may request reasonable photographic or video evidence of the issue in order to process a refund or replacement.

Returns Process

Once we receive your returned item, processing may take up to 14 business days. We will notify you by email once your return has been inspected and processed.

Defective, incorrect, or damaged items: If your claim is approved, a full refund or other applicable remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
Non-defective items: Original shipping and handling fees may be non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For credit or debit card payments, we will submit approved refunds to the relevant payment provider or card-issuing bank. Processing may take up to 14 business days, although the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not received an expected refund, please first check with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, as additional processing time may be required before the credit appears in your account.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and the requested changes.

Please note: Orders that have already been packed, processed for shipment, or shipped generally cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping & Return Fees

Customers will not be charged a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Any applicable return shipping costs will be communicated during the return authorization process.
Where an item is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon delivery, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
